Victorian Palace on the Hill

This historic Victorian on the hill in Nevada City has, fortunately for its history, been refurbished, maintained, and upgraded to the highest level of aesthetic and modern living by the owner, while staying true to the architectural style of the house. The client hired me to choose the color scheme for the exterior, and we’re now in the process of turning the carriage house into a living space, with the three-car garage underneath.
